Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jfta9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its user ("you", "member"). By registering on jfta9 or using the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. jfta9 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and is committed to ensuring fair play at all times.
Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Restriction
To participate on jfta9, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account.
Account & Security
Account Protection
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password or account access with any third party is strictly prohibited. jfta9 will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
SSL Encryption
jfta9 uses the highest standard of SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. All data stored on our servers is held in encrypted form.
3.1 Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
jfta9 may suspend or close an account without notice in any of the following cases:
- If evidence of false identity or fraud is found
- If multiple accounts are created
- If the bonus system is misused
- If evidence of money laundering or suspicious transactions is found
- If evidence of misconduct or collusion with other members is found
- If any clause of these Terms is violated
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on jfta9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support only the payment methods listed below:

4.1 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to make the deposit.
- To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5 for details).
- jfta9 may request identity verification documents for large withdrawals.
- If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
5.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at jfta9, you will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- Bonuses can only be used on games approved by jfta9.
- jfta9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus misuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.
5.3 VIP Program
The jfta9 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Advancement through VIP tiers depends on regular active participation and loyalty to the platform.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Collusion or conspiring with other players
- Using software bots or automated systems
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the game system
- Any form of fraud or cheating
6.2 Game Results
All games on jfta9 rely on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair outcomes. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, jfta9's server logs will be considered final.
6.3 Technical Issues
jfta9 will not be held responsible for losses caused by technical errors or internet disconnection. In such situations, jfta9 may at its discretion decide on compensation.
Responsible Gaming Policy
7.1 Age Verification & Protection
jfta9 is for users aged 21 and above only. We follow a strict age verification process to prevent participation by minors. If a minor accesses the platform, the account holder concerned will be held responsible.
7.2 Self-Restriction Tools

jfta9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
10.3 Severability
If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully in effect.
10.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together constitute the entire agreement between jfta9 and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this document.
